Aleteia is a no profit organization, set up by mediators, criminologists, lawyers, psychologists, psychotherapists, psychiatrists, trainers, company coaches, educators and social workers. The organization is based in Florence from 2010, with the aim of improve relations trough criminal and civil mediation in the field of victim and psychosocial support. 

AMNESTY INTERNATIONAL ITALIA https://www.amnesty.it/

Amnesty International is a global movement of more than 7 million people in over 150 countries and territories who campaign to end abuses of human rights. Amnesty International Italia is the Italian branch of the global movement who takes injustice personally and campaigns for a world where human rights are enjoyed by all. Amnesty International Italia is active in the whole Italy and, through its Human Rights, Education and Training Unit, facilitates empowerment processes among young people and vulnerable groups to help groups and individuals to develop skills and attitudes that promote equality, dignity and respect in their communities, society and worldwide

COSPE – Cooperazione per lo Sviluppo dei Paesi Emergenti www.cospe.org

COSPE, established in 1983, is a registered non-profit association recognized since 1984 as Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO) by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and by the European Union. Cospe implements projects in about 27 extra-EU Countries, in Europe and in Italy promoting fair and sustainable development, global citizenship, intercultural dialogue and human rights. In Italy and Europe, it promotes activities to prevent and combat racism and discrimination against migrants, minorities, refugees and asylum seekers and undertakes intercultural activities and training courses in schools.

The Human Rights House Zagreb was established in 2008 by six civil society organizations, with the aim of protection and promotion of human rights and fundamental freedoms.

The goal of the Human Rights House is the realization of a free, open, pluralistic, democratic, equitable and inclusive society based on respect, protection and promotion of the highest standards and norms of human rights and freedoms.

For this purpose, The Human Rights House is involved in the protection, promotion, development and advancement of human rights and fundamental freedoms through research, monitoring, public advocacy and education in accordance with the international and regional instruments for the protection of human rights of the United Nations and the Council of Europe; particularly the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights, the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, the European Convention on Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, and the European Social Charter (Revised).

Human Rights House is a member of Human Rights House Network based in Oslo, a member of the Platform 112, the Welcome Initiative and The GOOD Initiative.

Since 2012, Human Rights House acts as a Knowledge Center for social development in the field of protection and promotion of human rights.

VICTIM AND WITNESS SUPPORT CENTRE  https://pzs.hr/

Victim and witness support service was founded in 2006 and its prime goal was changing the situation in which victims and witnesses lacked information regarding their rights and their role in the trial. The purpose of Victim and Witness Support Service is to inform victims and witnesses  of the rights they have and the ways they can use them in order to make participating in the trial an easier and safer experience.Activities of the Victim and Witness Support Service are also targeted towards advocating for the improvement of legislative and institutional practices regarding victims and witnesses in Croatia.

WEISSER RING is, since 1978, the Austria’s only legally recognised victim support organisation, supporting victims of all kinds of crimes, regardless of age, gender, origin or religious affiliation. The development of the WEISSER RING is inextricably linked with the emergence of victim rights and their anchoring in the penal code and the law on victims of crime. Its support system is based on key priorities: personal support, human assistance, care and sympathy

 

ZARA – Civil Courage and Anti-Racism Work https://www.zara.or.at

ZARA – Zivilcourage und Anti-Rassismus-Arbeit (civil courage and antiracism work). We are an Austrian anti-racism NGO founded in 1999. Our mission is to enhance civil courage and to contribute to a racism-free society. We provide free legal and psychosocial support for people affected by or witnessing all forms of racism. ZARA is also at the forefront in the fight against online racism and online hate speech in Austria. Since 2017, we have broadened our mission and now cover further grounds of discrimination (for example gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, etc.) as well as cyber-bullying, cyber-stalking and other forms of online hate speech.
